High Gluten Flour

Hi, does anyone know where I can get high gluten flour from? ( not your typical bread flour or strong bread flour).

or is vital wheat gluten available anywhere?

I have some vital wheat gluten... but darned if I can remember where I got it. Must have been either Villa or Gourmet Market (at Paragon).

I bought some vital wheat gluten from Villa, but that was about a year ago now. But I did notice they sell it in Verasu. I saw it the Verasu area in Central World two days ago, but I'm sure they'd have it at thier other branches too.

You should be able to get gluten and high gluten from any baking supply house that offers a decent selection of western products. I'm in Chiang Mai and I use Bakersmart.

Either the bakers shop behind Fuji on Suk 33/1 (USM???) or Schmidt by the corner of Sukhumvit and Rama IV.

Although I've never looked, I've never noticed vital gluten at either.
