Hi All,

Got a bread machine now, and I a lot of the wholewheat bread recipes call for Gluten or Wheat Gluten.

I bought many great things in rimping just now for making various breads, but I failed to spot this key ingredient.

Rimping (MeeChok) is very convenient for me, so if they have it somewhere there, it would be great.

If no-one knows, can anyone tell me if the place opposite Big C Extra has it (Formerly Carrefour).

Or, if any bakers out there can let me know how to get around that ingredient, that would also prove useful.

I don't know about Rimping. I know that Bakersmart has it. Yok might have it. If the ex-Carrefour is convenient for you, then Yok is too. One thing to keep in mind is that because of the recent flooding, some things that were virtually always in stock, might be out of stock now.

I checked at Rim Ping Mee Chok. It wasn't in stock.
