31 year old man dies following hit-and-run accident close to Pattaya

SATTAHIP: -- A 31 year old man died following a hit-and-run accident on the outskirts of Pattaya in the early hours of Tuesday. Police and Rescue Workers made their way to the scene of the crash just after 5am and attended to Khun Nopadon. He had been thrown from his morbike and was lying in the center of the road and was struggling to breath. He had also sustained multiple fractures and was rushed to the Queen Sirigit Hospital in Sattahip but died on the way there. Witnesses confirmed that a pick-up truck was seen to collide with the bike and then speed off in the direction of Pattaya. Despite roadblocks set-up by Police, the offending vehicle could not be found. The victim’s mother was informed of the tragic death of her son and she revealed her Son was on the way back home after spending the evening with his girlfriend.
