licklips.gif IF you are:

1. The legal father and it so stated on the birth cetificate.

2. AND your marriage to a Thai is legally recorded

3. AND there is no finding by a Thai court that for some reason you should not be allowed to visit your child or the mother is not attempting to get you stopped from seeing your child.

Then there is nothing she can legally do under the law to stop you from visiting your child.

HOWEVER, in most cases, she will simply leave and you may have to track her down.

And also, if she simply says you can't see your child, you may have to take legal action in a Thai court to force her to allow you to visit your child....and that will be long and costly...even if you win the case...and difficult for the Thai court to actually enforce once you have won.

It short, it is a long, difficult, and usually expensive process.

Most of the times, the father needs the help of a lawyer.
