I have a 14 year old Toyota pickup with a viscous type of fan. The clutch seems to be stuck (the fan need some conciderable amount of power to turn). Yes, I know I'm not a body builder but shouldn't the fan turn over with just a flip to it when engine is cold? Anyways, do they sell refurbished couplers for the fan in Thailand, or am I looking for a new? Anyone with ideas how much I'll be looking at? smile.png

Usually they are a chuck away sealed unit that the fan bolts onto. You should be able to turn the fan easily when cold, engine not running of course or new fingers will need to be purchased too. laugh.png .
