Norwegian Man Missing In Thailand/Pattaya

Norwegian Man Missing in Thailand

Bjørn Ivar Oliver Larsen, a 65 year old Norwegian tourist, has been missing since 28 December 2011. His family has made a request for anyone who has information about his current location to contact them.

His daughter, Kikki Larsen, last heard from her father on December 28th, when he telephoned her from Pattaya. Bjørn Ivar Oliver Larsen told his daughter that he had lost his visa card and had to borrow some money from a friend. Kikki Larsen is concerned as her father usually contacts her regularly and she hasn't heard from him since that call.

Bjørn Ivar Oliver Larsen was born in Oslo in 1947 and has been in Thailand for a couple of months. He is two metres (6.6 feet) tall, with a slim build and a slight stomach. His head is bald, and he has a close cropped grey beard. His striking appearance should make him stand out from the crowd and easy to recognise.

If anyone has any information about his possible location, they should contact Deacon Hans Kristian at the Seamen's Church in Pattaya on tel. +66 (0) 88 2030 430 or email his daughter at kikkilarsen [at] hotmail.com
