Avatar Question

Featured Replies

After the upgraded version some members avatars are shown as a red cross. Why is this. Is there something I can do about it? I'm using IE8.

Mine too, hmmm, admin had to load mine from their end, can't do it my end so there is a glitch somewhere. cowboy.gif

I'm using IE7 [more applicable for my needs] and get the same.

No, not anymore. However, this is the first time I have seen your engine, albeit a different pic.

People whose avatar isn't showing has nothing to do with your browser, its because their old avatar was hosted remotely and the upgrade doesn't allow that, they have not yet uploaded a new one. We were getting too many false postivies from people hosting images from dodgy locations.

Not sure why transam can't change his own avatar, its done from my settings (drop down menu at the top next to your user name). Make sure your photo isn't too big (90 by 90 I think) and isn't remotely hosted
