Study For M3 Or M6 As An Adult (Thai)

Hi, I've got a friend who's in his early 20's and could only study 6 years at school (B6). Now he would like to study for M3 or even M6 in Bangkok. What kind of schooling options does he have, how long does it take and what's the approx. cost? Is the school year aligned with public schools (ie., starting in May)? Any names of schools in Bangkok? Thanks!

Thanks for the link. Koh Soh Noh, can anyone spell that in Thai so that I can do a Google search? Is there a full time program? Any idea about length and cost?

Thanks, that perfect, exactly what I was looking for!

Thais (who speak English) sometimes refer to this as adult high school.

There is one such school which operates (outdoors) within Lumpini Park, classes are on Saturday and Sunday and their fees are very small. Classes start about 10:00am, I think.

I can't give you an exact location within Lumpni park, but I have seen the school many times and you can't miss it. This school is fully accredited. I know two Thais who completed M1 to M6 at this school and their documents were readily accepted for university entrance, and both have since graduated from uni. Both people shared that they enjoyed this adult high school very much because they learned a lot and the teachers (all properly qualified) made them feel very welcome, made they feel respected and gave them confidence.

I understand the same school is well respected by employers because they do a good job given the limited hours involved, and they tend to also push good moral values and behaviours as well, and I'm aware that the school dismisses anybody who is involved in drugs etc.

As part of the program they also teach basic spoken English skills. Worth a look.
