Accommodation: Late March/Early April, 10-20 Days

I'm planning a visit starting in late March of early April, for somewhere between 10 to 20 days. Exact dates and duration are still not fixed.

I'm looking for a room which:

a ) has wifi internet

b ) is reasonably safe

c ) is regularly cleaned (doesn't have to be daily)

d ) easily reachable with baht buses, so not in the middle of nowhere.
