What'S Going On With True Internet?

Is anyone else having problems with True Internet? For two years I was satisfied and convinced it was the best I could do in the Nimmanhamin area. It then went to a service that required frequent calls to customer service to make work. Now it's not working and customer service channels me to tech support, where I'm cut off. From their automated answering service I get the impression that something is going on, but I have no idea what. Does anyone know if this is a temporary glitch, or if they've let service degrade to the point where I need to look for another ISP again?
