Back on Topic, Based upon previous good experience with their Service Department (SONY TV in warranty) I purchased a Hitachi side by side refrigerator/ freezer yesterday that is almost impossible to find anywhere else due to the flooding. Had to have a particular model since it is almost impossible to find a left hand swing open model here in Thailand, which was needed due to the layout of my new kitchen. Numchai was happy to sell me the floor model at a small discount, but at least they would sell me the floor model, something that most retailers here are loathe to do
