I was caught up in the flooding in November last year. I was booked on a Nok flight DMK-CNX which I couldn't take because DMK was shut. I went to the Nok office in CNX and filed all the paperwork in for a refund and was assured more than once that the refund would be on my card within 45 days. It isn't. Anyone else in the same situation that's managed to get a refund? Do Nok customer service have a phone number that can be called from the UK rather than their 1318 number?

with the rather sudden announcement concerning the airport change (from Suvarnabhumi back to Don Meaung commencing Mar.8th)

I am pretty sure NOK air is overwhelmed with displeased passengers who purchased under the pretense of landing/departing Suvarnabhumi

are seeking their refunds by the drove. I purchased 2 tickets in January - but the website then never stated any info about flights

resuming back to Don Meaung. I am just wondering how they are going to resolve the mess and timeline in refunding.

Nok Air from/to DM starts March 6. It was reported in the Thai press that they were going to do this a couple of weeks ago. However, in their last promotion they continued to state Suv Airport as their Bangkok to/from Airport. I booked a couple of flights for May during their promotion, knowing that the change to DM would take place, as this suited me. For others, who maybe transit thro Suv Airport, it is obviously not so good. I think it is fair to say that people who booked just prior to their notification were mislead.
