I am looking for a villa to rent for 1 week (or more) suitable for a family with 4 children while I go house hunting around Hua Hin. Must be on beach or short walking distance and have private pool, aircon and wifi. I am long time resident so no silly tourist prices please.

Also looking for 3 bedroom (or more) houses with private pool reasonable driving distance to BECC school . Ready to purchase if we find the right home.
