Visa Regulations For European Citizens

Just wondering, for various reasons, if there is a list of the visa rules regulating entry for EU passport holders to foreign countries.

For example:

Cambodia: one year business visa for US$ X (can't remember the cost).

Vietnam: .....

Cape Verde...

Does anybody know of / have such a list? I'm more interested in long term stays - for work or evtl. setting up a small business. Info regarding tourist visas isn't really what I'm looking for.
