salavan Posted March 7, 2012 Share Posted March 7, 2012 hi people i recently returned to the uk with my thai born child (just the 2 of us) which has duel nationality, and has the same family name as me . i was unable to leave without writen permission from the mother. ok maybe a good idea to stop parental child abduction. which i understand is not an offence in thailand anyway. so why is it ok for the mother to leave the uk and thailand on her own without writen permission from the father ??????????
