And is their any more serious revenge than assassination as advocated by several members on here and cheered on the sidelines by others? Or is that OK?

Well there is strong suggestion that the paymaster had no hesitation to do the same thing in another case much earlier case against him .

Plus, the paymaster basically supervised the assassinaton of some 2,500 Thais in his war on drugs, plus there's been many suggestions that his war was on drugs was in fact revenge for a problem close to home.

Plus, several hundred young men from the South of Thailand were baiscally assassinated on his watch in the Tak Bai incident.

And he showed no remorse whatever for any of these items.

Lets go through these commonly held and weilded accusations;

1. I presume you mean Shipping Moo? No evidence, no proof, nothing but supposition which is easy.

2. Supervised the assassination - it is certain that people on the ground took full advantage of the situation which definitely got out of hand but personally responsible, certainly not his own and you nor anyone else is going to get too far trying to investigate further, definitely a can of worms. ps Abhisit opened an investigation into the killings and any links with Thaksin and his government. Result : nothing. You may wish to read the Kings views on the subject.

3. Tak Bai; from the investigative report;

Who must take responsibility for the crackdown and the transportation of protesters?

The committee found that Maj-General Chalermchai Wiroonphet, then commander of the Fifth Infantry Division, is responsible for both incidents.

So you still OK with the idea of the assassination of Thaksin?

It was a direct order from thaksin to murder the 2500 mostly hilltribe people, During his drug war, Other wise it would never have happened.

Well done, in just one line you have proved what three separate investigations have not managed to. Perhaps you'd like to pass this proof on to the authorites. Please share it with the forum as well, a few people may be interested, perhaps scorecard, though he seems to have lost interest after his post.

Any red shirt will tell you thaksin had drug dealers killed, But he had to it for the good of Thailand, and that it had to be done, You sound like you are new to thailand or live in bangkok you need to learn how thai people think before you spout your nonsence on t.v. I have seen akha families cry for there dead son who thaksin had murdered. These are poor people who dont deserve to be treated like this.
