Featured Replies

any shops that have old beaten up old bikes like suzuki a100, yamaha yl2 etc etc? preferably something with plate. i do came across some scrapyard lookalike shops, but thats a no go, the frame are rusted till paper thin, looking for at least a working condition. the usual bike market vendors dont have the ones i looking for. im keen at doing up a old 2 stroker myself

I have some Thai friends who sell stuff at the second hand market over near prince/dara/cmis school on Sat and Sunday. Another friend who is a mechanic at the intersection of Wat Nantaram. He doesn't really speak much English, his name is "A"

Are you looking for something specific like the GL or anything old?

I like the c70's and Chalys

Pii A helped me take my Chaly from this:

I would suggest trying the motorsai forum.

As I've said before, 100's of gearheads on that forum (many in CM and north Thailand) eager to offer info, advice and opinions.

Asking here is spinning your wheels, so to speak. :)
