Rimmer Posted March 23, 2012 Share Posted March 23, 2012 CCTV blamed for fire above South Pattaya Indian Restaurant PATTAYA:--A newly installed closed-circuit surveillance system has been blamed for a fire in an office located about an Indian Restaurant in South Pattaya. Just after 2am on Friday, Police and Fire Rescue Units were called to the Garam Masala Indian Restaurant to deal with the fire in a 2nd floor apartment which had been recently converted to an office.
