Television Shows, Swap Meet Anyone?

Featured Replies

Before the morality police come after us - you know the guys who in their lives have never borrowed a book, a cassette, a VHS tape or a DVD from a mate - probably best to go PM if you're interested...

I'm looking for Star Trek seasons in particular, I have some boxed set DVDs in the UK but for some reason I have a hankering to watch some now... So a divx/vxid/x264/whatever rip would be good enough (actually preferable, to a stack of dvd's).

tng or voyager would be good... Depending what you're in the mood to watch I can probably reciprocate...

I have a good collection of shows from the uk but sadly no bloody Star Trek or Swap Meet. I know Dave is a huge Star Trek fan, I'm sure he would be happy to help you out. Swap Meet may be more difficult to find. I've never heard of it. Did you mean Swap Meat http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1552579/?

Ummm... no, swap meet means meet up in a coffee shop somewhere to swap... :)

Oh sorry I thought you were just after TV shows. I don't think Dave is in to THAT kind of Star Trekking. Paagay's more your man.

Good luck.

People still do this when bittorrent is around? Star Trek in particular got to be the easiest to find.

EDIT: Yup, plenty people sharing it. Will take some time to get 64Gb of The Next Generation in full of course. wink.png

Lol...

Okay there seems to be some confusion. Let me rephrase.

I have several Tb of "stuff" - including full seasons and entire series. I'd like to replace my Voyager and TNG preferrably, given that my only internet is a 3G connection, not via bittorrent. If no-one has it I'll just rip the dvd's again next time I'm at home...

So, when I said meet up in a coffee shop, I meant with a laptop and a couple of USB drives, to save one another a bit of bandwidth and time is all! So, if anybody wants anything, pm me and ask if I've got it. I have no problem with a one-sided swap.
