Running Shoes In Bangkok

Featured Replies

Hey ladies,

Looking for some good running shoes, since mine are pretty much broken.

Where are the good shops for sports gear?

Anybody knows if they would be cheaper or more expensive then states/europe?

Theres a big sports world or something like that in Central World just below Forever 21. I bought a decent sports bra there so if they can manage that surely they have shoes!

Thnks SBK, know where to find that!

Try Fashion Island, they have a large sports section on the 2nd floor with an large selection of ladies running shoes. They sell Asics, Brooks, Saucony and the usual suspects Nike etc.

As for price, for men they seem to be around the same price as the UK so I assume womens shoes are similarily priced.

prepare to be disappointed frequently. when you find a shoe you like, check the tag inside -- it will show the 3 different sizes they had available crossed out and only one pair of ridiculously small or ridiculously size left.

yes i think running shoes are easy to fine in all the dept stores here, ive seen lots and to be honest, i dont think the big names make much difference since they are all made in china anyway. Just try them on first and pay attention to details.
