Compaq Evo 1000n Laptop....

I believe I have a damaged graphics card, my screen resolution is all cocked up. This also appears on any other monitor I connect to.

I'm told there is a Compaq (Hewlett Packard?) service and repair place in Chonburi (town) does anyone know where? Or anywhere in Chonburi province who can fix this problem...

I'd recommend that you take your laptop to the authorized Thailand HP/Compaq service center in Bangkok. They are on the third floor of the U Chu Liang (HSBC) building on Rama 4.

You can be sure that they will use the correct part for your laptop. Any outside repair shop in Chonburi would likely have to contact BKK to get the parts, so it might be faster as well.

Take the turn at the lights at Ang Tong, on the main Sukhumvit Road south of Chonburi.

Go all the way down, until you reach the sea, and turn right.

The HP/Compaq service centre is on the left about 1km along the road.
