Check with the Burmese library on Soi 13 Niemenhamin. It's on the south side of the soi, closer on soi 13 to the road that runs parallel to Niemenhamin between niemenhamin and kad suen kaw. Sign in front in english, burmese, and thai if I remember correctly.
