Carroll Shelby Died At 89

Recommended Posts

It is obvious all posters here have regarded the gentleman with absolute awe, and I am sure we have all lusted after many of the fine, Brute power machines he created in his lifetime.

I had a friend pass away last year, he was of a similar vein to us here. Nothing he owned was left unmodified.

After the service we talked to the funeral people who would have gained an idea of what my friend was like regarding motor performance during the service.

As the Hurse left the funeral home the driver did a sharp and short but none the less very nice burnout. I am sure my friend would have been as happy as punch as Mr Shelby would have too. RIP
