Is It Rumour About New Hotel Nakula

is it true they are building a new hotel between soi wong a mart from family mart on the right hand side if heading toward dolphin round a bout taking up family and eors bar the irish bar, monkey bar to mention a few plus a few more the propities on that road are owned bye the hotel on the right hand side heading from nakula rd down soi wongamart and i hear there going to knock all them down and build a big new hotel if so what a wast i like my beer in that area,if anyone knows for sure,thank you, sorry for the bad spelling
