May 13, 201214 yr I saw comments about farm land. Heard the price has not gone down. Instead it's going up every year. How about house land? Will it be the same? Usually how much will it go up? Has anyone know? My Thai wife has a existing house and a land. Beside the land there still some area probably 2rai. She thought of buying that area as well. Is it advisable to buy now as now cheaper?
