We are hiring experienced Website Developers to create HTML Web Sites from PSD designs. We need professional, no-excuses, stanrdards-compliant, multi-browser-tested, HTML/CSS implementation of designs that we have as PSDs. No backend tech required - we DO need superb attentional to detail (we will measure every pixel), fast turnaround (no newbies or excuses), and ability to understand direction in spoken english.

Here are the qualities that the candidate would need

• A high level of proficiency in HTML

• Knowledgeable in JQUERY

• Interest in design

• Expert in Dreamweaver

• Some Photoshop and Illustrator skills expected

• Good English skills

Website Designers

We seek experienced Web Designers with strong Information Architecture skills to help launch several new web brands. The candidates will work with Business Analysts to understand the requirements of the site and the specific target demographics. You will create the actual graphic designs and layouts in Photoshop. The output will be a set of PSD that will go to the web developer for implementation.

Here are the qualities that the candidate would need

• Strong original graphic design skills, with a modern style that would appeal to western consumers on the Internet

• 5+ years in graphic design for commercial web sites

• Understanding of information architecture and usability as it applies to web site that sell products

• Flexibility in your design styles. Able to adapt style to the brand aesthetic

• Awareness and passion for the latest trends in commercial website design

• Interest in branding and marketing

• Expert Photoshop and Illustrator skills expected

• References that we can take up
