Our cable has been out since the brief power cut/surge last night, I have heard some people are back to normal but us and local people here are not, still dead. Company says "working on it". Any other infor from anyone?

My connection went last night as well (north Pattaya-Naklua) and was first restored 0800 this morning.

I am only using it for internet, never uses the cable tv.

Now the connection is very slow, not good.

My Sophon cable was down until 9-10am this morning. My area is Soi Yume, near Big C, Pattaya Klang. I called the Sophon office (038-423-777) this morning at 08:30 to let them know.

My Mrs rang first and was told an engineer was looking into it, then I rang a few hours later and they said they would send an engineer to look at it.

Typical conflicting info.

Was OK for a short time at 9.30pm last night then went and was still down this morning at 9am.

Was out until 12:30pm today and it was back but slow and now at almost 3pm it has quickened somewhat. I am around Lake Mabprachan on Siam Country Club road,

Anybody knows when the 100 channels will be effective.( Have 78 now)

Our whole complex just came back online at 1600

I am still getting intermittent loss of signal and irregular internet speeds so some work is still to be done - or is still being done - on their service.

No problem in Jomtien with either cable internet or TV.

Yep, gone to shit again here near Pratumnak. Garbage.

my movie channel 2 has been awful

that's 33.333333333333333333333333333% of the soundtrack movie channels

just my place or anyone else ???

Connection keeps being lost again tonight and am getting very frustrated .... works for 5 minutes then goes for 20 minutes then back on for 2 minutes .....
