Villa Phasing Out Thai Brands?

Featured Replies

this is the second time this week i went to villa and found the thai brand was discontinued. i like the danitas salsa, only 79baht/jar vs. imports which start at 120b/jar.

also, the thai brand hash browns were about 80b for 10. now you have to buy birdseye brand for 120 baht for 6.

i guess villa make more money on the import stuff

i wish there was a reasonably priced alternative to villa. (i know macro is pretty good, just a bit of a drive for me)

we should start a co-op!

Those salsa SUCK.

Central food hall -> My choice -> 80baht jars. Taste similar to what it would taste if you made it at home with love.

It's the old TOPS

Good business move on Villa's part. The market can certainly bear it...............just the cashed up Russians alone, is enough to ensure Villa's success
