BrianCR
How about appologising to the rest of the country for organising and funding the red shirts who caused so much death and dastruction. Or for all the millions (billions) he got away with. Now heres a thought; not about to look back but didnt the Cambodian attacks into Thailand over a so called border dispute start not long after the reds had been dispersed? I know they stopped as soon as the election was won by the PT. Could this have been some sort of plan B to disrupt the country proposed by a (former?) advisor to Hun Sen. If so wouldnt that be the ultimate in treason , arranging for another country to attack your own? What pills are you on? I need some!
BrianCR
Thaksin makes a habit of saying things that he later regrets. But actions speak louder than words, and they aren't back-pedalling. For a supposedly 'shrewd' politician Thaksin does have a record of amazing gaffes. I guess he is as confused as anyone else by the tangled web he weaves Don't forget Thaksin is Thai, it doesn't matter how much money he has or how educated he is ( educated in Thailand, that's a laugh) he was born in Thailand, also called the LOS, Land of Stupidity, a third world country with third world intelligence. Does that apply to the US, because that's where he also studied?

mccw
another none story, blown out of all proportion by the forum thaksin haters, even to the extent of accusing him of orchestrating a conflict with Cambodia. Why was it a 'so called' border dispute?? i don't think this is in question, the dispute is in relation to the border area around a certain temple, also a lot of people will dispute that was started by the cambodians, but anyway this is off topic for the thread. the amount of hyperbole thrown around by his haters every time his name is mentioned is embarrassing really, how about before you sling some mud you get your story straight and aligned with any evidence you may have, some of the less educated might start to believe your lies haha, sorry let me just laugh again HAHAHAHA, Evidence like redshirt confessions of bomb making and other terrorist training in Cambodia. The fact Thaksin was invited to Cambodia by hunsen and then shortly after attacks began on thailand. The fact meetings and official rallies withT and red shirts are arranged regularly in Cambodia. 473geo
Thaksin let the truth slip out the other day at Rachaprasong when he told the red shirts to forget the deaths and there was no need to demonstrate there again. Now he's trying to backpedal, claiming a bad line and a lack of concentration! Pathetic. He seems to losing weight in recent photos. Perhaps his lack of concentration is similar in origin to his explanation of those that died at Tak Bai, "because they were already weak from fasting". . Were the perpetrators of this crime ever brought to account?

rubl
With Pheu Thai trying to push (ram?) through a few reconciliation bills allegedly aimed at helping all who are names k. Thaksin and the protests of the PAD and other groups, it's understandable k. Thaksin apologizes to the red-shirt people. It seems to have helped as at least some common people like Pheu Thai party list MP's and UDD leaders are warning their other red-shirt to be prepared. Thailand Live Friday 1st of June #39 "Posted 58 minutes ago RT@tulsathit: Red shirt leaders have asked their followers to prepare for possibility of "the last fight".
