Just turned on the tv, but get the message "this channel is currently scrambled" for ALL of the channels. (TCM, HBO, etc)

Why? What the heck is going on? I can't even get a hold of them to "re-set" the box. (Maybe that is the problem)

Does anyone have the same problem?

Have you tried unplugging the box and plugging it in again (always the first course of action)?

Yes, I have. Still getting the same annoying message on the screen.

Will have to call them first thing tomorrow.

We had exactly this issue a couple of weeks ago. A new box and card was required as apparently they are turning off all the old boxes and cards.

Wifey called, the Thai language line seems to be answered more rapidly.

Yes, mine was turned off yesterday at 3pm, no warning just zap, what a complete shower of tossers, customer service here is nonexistant, hoping for a new box and card today!!!

Exactly what happened. Zap, gone. No warning whatsoever. They claim otherwise. (of course) Anyway, just spoke to a customer service guy: new box and card Friday afternoon....

The service is so bad. I am seriously considering an alternative.

TRUE ONLINE...... my computer went down yesterday 'registry delivery file missing or corrupted'... install disc-windows wont work .. true says they will send someone out in 3 days....maybe.

thanks alot. back to the internet - game shops for me. good grief

Well, TRUE want to come and fit a new box for me, but I won't be able to record through my existing DVD recorder, so I am holding off as long as possible. Might get shot of the thing anyway and get Expat TV fitted. Slightly off subject.
