3 Months Or 1 Year Non-O?

Hi Guys.

I was wondering. What kind of Non-O marriage do i get for the first application??? a 3 month or straight away a multiple one???

And what is the best place to go to? Savannaket, Kota Bahru or Kuala Lumpur..

That would depend on what you applied for.

A Single Entry or a Multiple Entry.

KL requires 100,000 Baht in the bank for a Multi.

Savanakhet requires nothing in the bank at the moment.

That depends on your situation. If you do not want to make frequent trips out of the Kingdom (at least every 90 days) then get a single entry Non-O and extend your stay at immigration after 60 days. The multi Non-o will require that you leave the country each 90 days.

However to extend you must meet requirements which for Thai wife extension is 40k per month income or 400k in bank account 2 months.
