Surely the Chiang Mai property bubble is due to burst in the not too distant future.

Do Thai's know anything about market forces/action. It never ceases to amaze me when I see properties advertised for sale/rent double that or more of what the market price would be. There are houses in my Moo Ban where the owners want 60,000 baht per month. I pay 18,000 baht <deleted>.

Yes its almost identical, but the last time I tried to point something about about a topic; I was accused of being a wannabe mod and I had no right to comment by the smart <deleted>.....youre a brave man to make the connection...
