Anyone know of any decent short term rental agencies in Pattaya. i.e 3 month contract etc. Trying to help a friend out and online I can find alot of 6 month contracts but not alot of short term. Cheers.

He can get a house for that period of time, as long as he goes to the owner directly and avoids agents. The home owner will want more than the standard monthly rate for one year rental contract, but that is fair enough. IN fact, as it is low season, he should be able to get a pretty fair monthly rental rate out of an owner who is looking at an empty property and may be waiting until November.

Which area is he looking to live in?

Hes really looking for a unit in a Condo, around the Wongamat, North Pattaya area.

Strange. I see a lot of ads for both short and long-term places. Many places will do both, of course.
