Last Wife Was Thai, Have Thai Divorce Paper, British "Affirmation To Marry" Required?

I was divorced from my Thai wife 2 years ago and have the Thai divorce certificate.

Question is:

If i wish to marry again to a Thai in Thailand do I need to get an "Affirmation to Marry" from the British Embassy (I am a Brit obviously) based on my UK divorce of 4 years ago, since my most recent marriage and subsequent divorce was to a Thai.

Yes, going from reports you will need a new affirmation letter.
