Kor Ror 3 & Kor Ror 2

Hi guys,

Im about to prepare documents for obtaining Non Immigrant Visa O (Multiple 1 year) (Marriage) They requires 2 Thai documents in Laos Savanaketh

10 years ago i got married overseas not in Thailand. After registered my married overseas we went to the local district office (Don Muang District) to endorse our marriage in Thailand.

Well we only have Kor Ror2 , and do not have the Kor Ror 3, Where can i obtain a Kor Ror 3 ?

Some people said i do not need Kor ror 2 or kor ror 3 , just show the embassy at laos my Kor ror 22 and foreign marriage certificate ? Can anyone confirm this ?

Foreign Marriage Certificate (Have) been using this at Thai Embassy in Singapore,Penang for Visa non o without problem

Kor Ror 22 (Have)

Kor ror 2 ( Same as 22 ?)

Kor Ror 3 (Do not have)

• In case of, marriage registered in Thailand
  - Copy of marriage Certificate (Kor Ror.2)
  - Copy of marriage Registration Papers (Kor Ror.3)
  In case of, marriage registration in foreign country
  - Copy of marriage certificate
  - Copy of the family status registration. (Kor Ror.22) (Issued by the district office in Thailand )
  

So meaning those who married your thai wife overseas will only have Foreign Marrige certificate and Kor Ror 22 !
