Tony Clifton
Hi, your help would be greatly appreciated with this problem. I m trying to access a website based in the U.S. and can not access it from within Thailand when it is accessible from Europe and North America. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. It is accessible through proxy though but no graphics are shown and I need to see the interface. Everything under that .com address is inaccessible and I am the admin. Refreshed, deleted cookies, temps, same same. There is no porn or offensive material on the site. The host says everything is fine with the server. Is it possible that access has been blocked by CAT and that the following message is not sent from the target site host but by whoever has denied access from here? Gateway Timeout The following error occurred: A gateway timeout occurred. The server is unreachable. Retry the request. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------Please contact the administrator. [/color] Just reply on here and I'll PM you the necessary information.Thank you.

cdnvic
Is it hosted under your domain, or someone elses? A site hosted under a large domain along with many other sites risks getting blocked due to the actions of others. cv
Tony Clifton
Thanks all for your help! Site and everything under it is accessible now... The web hosting support says the ticket was still opened and they haven t done or found anything to fix the problem as it seemed the problem originated from here with the ip/url blocked... Same pc and I haven t tried anything new. Others within Thailand can access it now as well. Thanks CAT! It's for a Thai company that hosts it s website in the U.S. for r-e-l-i-a-b-i-l-i-t-y.
