Normally it is required for next reporting as the first thing they check. It is always required for mail reporting.

OK noted. Don't think it's been used it for this purpose before - having said that, I've never actually done it in person myself so I can't say for sure.

Nobody working but using multi entry visa would be required to do 90 day reports as such visa entry only allows up to 90 day stay - you only report when stay is longer.

I mis-spoke. I meant to say Non Immigrant Visa with Extension of Stay permitted; Work permit; and then got re-entry permit.
