Only 3 weeks to go till the start of the season so it's time to place your bets on the top 4 and bottom three.

This year I am predicting

1. Man City

2. Man United

3. Chelsea

4. Tottenham

Relegated:

18. West Ham

19. Swansea

20. Wigan

However, teams could possibly be relegated alphabetically

West Brom

West Ham

Wigan

That could be worth a punt with the bookies !!!

Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham all have new managers and I would say Liverpool's is the best of the 3.. Squad is a bit thin though.
