THe point being that conservation is a borderless issue - animals don't have passports (in general) and if one country does nothing it makes it easier for other countries to continue their damaging practices.

Yes I certainly agree with you and where the hell are all of the NGO groups around here? WE NEED MANY more starting in this ASEAN Slaughterhouse. The USA has 20 times more NGO groups than every country in SE Asia....
