Gym In Pattaya?

As of today the gym I use has out the prices up and started to charge 10 baht for a towel!

Can someone recommend to me a gym of good value, not interested in Tony's or CWow. A normal gym with free weight equipment etc. but not a gym over on sukhumvit.

The free gym is was referring to above is discussed on pages 22 and 23 of the Ca WOW - Closed ? thread.

There are some outdoor gyms that I imagine are also free - like the one at the top of Pratumnak Hill, opposite the roundabout at the bottom of the Big Buddha.

Fairtex Naklua....free towels, shampoo etc, free weights and good selcetion of fixed wights and CV equiptment..Sauna also. Great staff, clean. Was 9K with 20 times use of pool..check it out.

At CA WOW, you had to bring your own towel and lock for locker. I wasn't use to this since the other fitness centers provided these items. After awhile, I got use to bringing my own towel and the more I thought about it (bringing my own towel) it made sense to me. Just think how many bodies a gym towel had been on and was the towel hygienically cleaned (especially in Thailand)?
