Uk Company Trading In Thailand? What Do I Need?

Advice please?

I have a UK registered Limited Company which provides consultancy work, and until now have not used it in Thailand. However, I have been approached to do some work for a Thai company and want to do this through my UK Limited Company so that I can bill them from the UK Limited Company. As I am not going to be employed by the Thai company, but by my own UK Limited Company, I don't think I can ask the Thai company to provide me with a work permit - or can I? Should I be applying for a work permit in the name of my own company?

Depending on how long your assignment would be, they can provide you with a temporary work permit.
