Benzodiazepines can cause all kinds of side effects. I wouldn't recommend it.

A guy i knew used them for anxiety attack or hyperactive feeling to calm him down.

Could make you feel drowsy and sleepy. He also took them before a long haul flight

so as to sleep easily.
