Old Specs Collection Points?

Featured Replies

Does anyone know if there is any charity collection points in town for old spectacles?

Not really but on another thread it was mentioned that Chedi Luang takes in many things to distribute to those in need.

In Thailand there is a glass bank at Metta Pracharak (Watraikhing) hospital, in Nakhonphathom.

I read a study that stated that these eyeglass redistribution organizations spend double what it would cost just to buy the recipients new glasses.
