Is there anyone that is 'into' Thai pop music ?

I just cant get it myself, maybe its a culture thing, being bought up and exposed to all the western pop music.

There are a couple of Nantida songs I like, maybe someone can show me some stuff to listen to that may change my mind.

The same bands (see post before mine) tend to get mentioned again and again. The reality is they are still corporate induced sentimental slosh. The political economy of music publishing offers an explanation: 2 labels completely dominating in a highly conservative media industry.
