I agree with you on Jo Stafford and I include Aretha Franklin in the same class although their music styles are different.

Jo Stafford could sing anything, I don't thing you could say the same about Aretha Franklin. I do not like Tamla Motown or soul. I am not saying that because she's black. Dionne Warwick was good.
