My last 90 days of my permission to stay expires on the 25th of October, So I will be applying for my extention on the 21st of this month.

I deposited 816,000.00 baht into my account on the 2nd of July, Does this have to be in my account 3 months before I apply or 3 months before my permission to stay expires?

Thanks

Carl

The money seasoning period refers to the day you apply for the extension, not to the date your current stay expires.

- If coming from a 90-day permission to stay, the seasoning period is two months.

- If coming from a one-year permission to stay (e.g. based on marriage), the seasoning period is three months.

You indicate that you will apply more than one month before your current permission to stay expires. Some Immigration offices require you to apply no more than one month in advance, though they may take into consideration your travel plans or other issues.

Thanks for the reply.

I have an 'O' marriage visa which expired on the 9th of August so I am on my last 90-day permission to stay, So the seasoning period is two months?

Thanks Carl

The requirement is 60 days for first extension of stay.

But the other current requirement is during the last 30 days of current permission to stay so you will likely have to wait a bit anyhow.
