Change Of Car Registration And Owner- How To Do

I have a Toyota Hillux which I purchased second hand while living in rented accommadation in Pattaya.

Now I have built a house and live in Buriram.

Questions:

Is it compulsory to change my registration to Buriram plates?

If so how is this done and what paperwork is required?

Do I have to go to Banblamung Department of Transport where the car was first registerted?

Do I require a letter from someone as proof of address? As this will require changing.

I also wish to change ownership to my wife so further questions.

Do I have to do this in Banglamung?

What is the procedure?

Does the car registration have to be changed to Buriram province before I can change ownership?

Any ideas regarding cost for the above procedures?
