Some of the farang long stayers on KPG are fairly dark....ten hours of sunbathing a day!

Isan ladies have dark skin , Surin farm workers are very dark skinned .

That may be true for lower Isan (proximity to Cambodia) but in upper Isan there are some very fair skinned people.
