Adding Capital To Business For Extra Work Permit

At the moment by business is registered with 2Mil THB capital, that means the business is eligable for 1 foreign work permit (mine) If i want to add capital to my business in order to gain an extra work permit, what does this invole? Is it just a case of the 12,000THB times 2 or what ever fee it is per 1 mil THB capital? Or do i need more Thai staff aswell?

I'd like to employ another foreigner but im just trying to find out how much this will cost me in WP fees.

You need to employ four more staff, two if he's married to a Thai.

The normal quota is 4 Thai to one foreigner.

You will also need to make a new balance sheet and have it audited.
