Bagwan Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 "We need to work in a decentralised horizontal system and work as a team in order to drive an integrated management approach," Can whoever penned that line please explain what it is supposed to mean. Sounds like a random quote from the 'Management for Dummies' handbook. I have a mental picture of all of all the Esan folks scratching their heads and thinking <deleted> does that mean? From time to time we would reorganise and pretend that we were making progress - Caius Suetonius. 1
hellodolly Posted October 15, 2012 Posted October 15, 2012 Overly derogatory and nonsense posts have been removed. I know sometimes the truth is not pleasant I was wondering about that myself. If it is true can it be derogatory? .How true would it have to be to be overly. On the other hand if it was relating to her personal life I suppose it could happen. I don't believe we should be commenting on personal life's unless they are interfering with doing there job. Such as taking time off to pose for photo ops or wearing Burberry boots to hand out relief packages to flood victims when they should be wearing hip waders. 1
